A picnic packed with fun

The children and parents of Soham’s St Andrew’s CE Primary School’s Nursery Class were invited to a very special lunch.
On blankets in the shade, the families enjoyed an Arthur Bear picnic, to raise funds for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity.
Using the free resource pack provided by the Charity, their forest area was decorated with bunting and Arthur Bear drawings.
All the children brought along their favourite teddy to enjoy a visit to nursery and the children performed songs about bears they had been practicing in class.
Sarah Dean, Nursery Teacher commented:
“We really enjoyed holding a picnic for Arthur bear. The children had fun and we were able to raise some money for this wonderful Charity”
