YOUR experience of Arthur Rank Hospice Charity can help improve services for future patients and their families.
We receive so many positive comments about our services but we are always striving to do better. Patient and family feedback has helped us make every moment count for them and provide the little extra’s; such as providing a volunteer to read out crosswords to a patient who could no longer see.
Now it’s YOUR turn – we want to know what YOU think.
You’re invited to attend our next Hospice Users Group on:
Thursday 8th May, 11:00-1:30pm in our Bistro.
Come and share your thoughts and help us enhance the care we provide while enjoying a delicious flapjack!
